I emailed Alex when I planned a day trip from Prague, Czech Republic to Jelenia Gora, Poland. Alex was very prompt in returning my emails and stated that this round trip, day trip, was possible. It was a little scary working with a company in a different country (we are in the USA), but Alex came through with a quote for our day trip and everything went as planned. The driver showed up 15 minutes early, the car was as promised and very clean. My friends and I were very pleased with the driver and the ride was very smooth and comfortable. The driver took us exactly were we wanted to go. I couldn't have been more pleased. I would highly recommend this company for your travels. [I should note that our tour guide in Prague had not heard of this company, but was very impressed when I told her about this company and was very pleased when our trip was completed without incident as planned. She also was impressed with the driver and with car.]

Good taxi and driver
The taxi was clean and comfortable. The driver was kind and had excellent driving manners. I felt relaxed throughout the ride and was very satisfied. I truly hope to meet that driver again later.

Omg the taxi driver RIPPED us off.
Uber that was costing 5 euros cancelled. Taxi flagged in on the street robbed us reg number 9U2 0732. Ask your taxi driver what is his charge to your location before getting in. The p**** charged us 40 euros. Looked it up when we got in to the hotel and apparently this is the thing taxis rob you. Cringe we fell into the tourist trap. Prague is okay bar taxis and toilets. Rome is class if you’re looking for a city break. Nice people and food.

Dependable courteous taxi service in Prague, Czech Republic
We completed our river cruise in Nuremberg Germany and requested transportation to Prague. The reservation process was simple, and they stayed in touch with us until time for pickup. Alex, the owner, contacted us to ask if it was OK to come 1/2 hour early and we agreed. He arrived in a minivan and the 3 hour drive was very comfortable with pleasant conversation. He is a native of Prague, as are his drivers, so he gave us advice on what to see and do. During our 4 day stay, we used his company’s service to go to Prague Castle and to the airport. Drivers arrived right on time requested. Would not hesitate to use them again.
